I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response for several reasons:1) I was never irate to the managerI politely asked him to explain the charge to me and he rudely criticized my intelligence stating I was not educated enough to understandIf he did in fact have customers in the store, I would encourage you to reach out to them and ask if his tone was politeIt wasn't and he hung up on me without explaining the charge.2) he never responded to my complaint about why the email fee went up from $to $1.553) while there are positive reviews on google there are also several reviews that directly address the behavior I witnessedSeveral people have made clear that his pricing is deceptive (which is the problem here - not excessive)He never once indicated to me that by using his computer to access my email to print a document he would charge meI asked once on the phone and then another time in person and never once did he mention itWhile there is a sign in front of the computer it states that the charge is for computer browsing and usage which is very different than charging someone for choosing to go directly to their email to print a documentHe is clearly taking advantage of customers as they use his servicesI have been to plenty of print shops before that have clear signs and clearly indicate charges upfrontHe had plenty of times to make clear his charges Again I encourage you to search his google reviews where plenty of former customers will support me when I say he is rude and deceptive
This customer used our computer time rental unit and it clearly states right by the monitor that there is a charge for its use Whether she feels the charge is excessive is not the issue as this is a subjective thing We have been in business for years and many of our customers see
the value in our services She claimed our computer would not format her document however, she used MS Word and her document came in encrypted We have no idea what program she opened the program in We have the latest Microsoft Office software as well as Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and reader The customer states in her complaint that she call to politely complain when in fact the customer was upset that she claims "why did you charge me to print from an email when it doesn't cost you anything" What I tried to explain to her is that it does in fact cost us have her do this We have the cost of the computer, the rent we pay and all other operating expenses She then became irate and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say At that point I realized she wouldn't listen to reason because she feels with her masters in business she knew more I had to get off the phone as I had numerous other customers in the store All businesses have reviews of all types Our business has had an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and has quite a few positive reviews on Yelp and Google In no way are our pricing practices deceptive when the sign stating the charge is clearly posted right next to the computer monitor
This matter is closed. It's obvious this customer feels she has a valid complaint but we do not feel the same way.

I am rejecting this response for several reasons:1) I was never irate to the manager. I politely asked him to explain the charge to me and he rudely criticized my intelligence stating I was not educated enough to understand. If he did in fact have customers in the store, I would encourage you to reach out to them and ask if his tone was polite. It wasn't and he hung up on me without explaining the charge.2) he never responded to my complaint about why the email fee went up from $1 to $1.553) while there are positive reviews on google there are also several reviews that directly address the behavior I witnessed. Several people have made clear that his pricing is deceptive (which is the problem here - not excessive). He never once indicated to me that by using his computer to access my email to print a document he would charge me. I asked once on the phone and then another time in person and never once did he mention it. While there is a sign in front of the computer it states that the charge is for computer browsing and usage which is very different than charging someone for choosing to go directly to their email to print a document. He is clearly taking advantage of customers as they use his services. I have been to plenty of print shops before that have clear signs and clearly indicate charges upfront. He had plenty of times to make clear his charges. Again I encourage you to search his google reviews where plenty of former customers will support me when I say he is rude and deceptive.
