The UPS Store of the Town of Davie

I shipped boxes from UPS Store in Davie, Florida to Mount Vernon, NY on Monday, August 7thThe boxes were received and inspected by UPS employee at that location at 8am and approvedUpon receiving the packages in NY on Friday, August 12th it was discovered that two of the boxes were damagedOne of the boxes was so damaged by UPS that when the contents fell out of the torn corners of the box when I went to pick the box up -

Tracking # ending in $to ship was also torn on both corners and crystal candles sticks valued at over $were also damagedI immediately notified UPS and filed a claim for both packages and submitted pictures as they requestedAfter two days of following up, I received the following email from the UPS Store denying the claimThey stated contents were not packed safely which was not the caseI had to unwrap contents to take pictures they requested so of course the packing would look diff
