I was contact by a lady name *** this past June 17, 2019. That company's name was The US Accredited Business Directory and if I wanted to advertise my business with there company and it would cost $230.00 . And my business would be Advertisement all around Texas and she also promise a video. I have not seen anything yet. I notice also that they were taking money every month about $200.00 from my credit card without my approval. It was not until the Revdex.com send out an alert about this company I started reviewing my business account and notice what they were doing taking money without my consent. When the Revdex.com send out the report about them being impostors I realized I was being scam. So on Thursday Oct. 24, 2019 I call this company and spoke to *** if that is her name ask her why were they taking money from my credit card twice a month without my consent she answered it was the computer that was taking the money twice a month at that point I ask her for refund she said she would refund $399.00 I told her that they had taken over $1200.00 from account but all I got back was $199.00. What gets me they use the Revdex.com name to attract businesses like my.

SHE WAS UPSET SO I REFUNDED HER. SHE SAID IT WAS 1200 HUNDRED TOLD. iT WASNTSHE WAS CHARGE A TOLD OF $997.00 WE HAVE FERUNDED HER A TOTAL OF $798. THE REMAIN DOSE GO ON THE WORK WE DID FINSH FOR HER, SHE SAID SHE NEVER RECIEVED THE COMMERCIAL AND I WILL BE SENNDING PROOF OF THE EMAIL WE SENT HER. kNOW I KNOW SHE IS WITH MY COMPETITOR WHO USE TO WORK FOR ME. SHE CALL OFF MY DIRECTORY, BUT THATS OK I DO NOT BELIVE I OWE HER MORE WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. KNOW I HAVE TALK TO A ***A BUT SHE REFUSE FOR ME TO TALK TO MR., IM NOT SURE WHO SHE IS BECAUSE SHE REFUSE TO TELL ME JUST THAT I NEED TO REPORT TO HER ALONE. IM SORRY ABOUT ALL THE PROMBLEM THIS HAS CREATED. On Feb of 2018 contacted me on intial ad placement for 199.00. It was a only suppose to be a one time charge. Several days later they charged me 200.00.
Months went by and in October of 2018 they started calling me to see if I wanted to continue the ad. I told them that I was not interested.
They apparently had my credit card on file from the intial charge because on November 1 2018 my credit card was charged $200.00. Again on Novemebr the 26th 2018 and December 31 2018 for another $200.00 each. I have tried to call them and email them without any success to stop charging and refund my money.
This Is *** with The Us Accredited business Directory I have settle the case with ***s on a positive note. I will be sending you the emails where we have corresponded with one another and came to agreement. Thank you

It took many calls to a answering machine, emails, without responses and Finally notifying them on their answering machine I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get a response to the unauthorized charges.
I had to cancel the card and reset a new one up to the many accounts that the card was used to conduct my business expences. This experience was very unsettling.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
