In one word: frenetic. You have heard of one armed paperhangers. Well, try to imagine what someone, like this guy, can do with 2 arms. Overall my experience was positive. He has very capable employees and they take direction (orders) well. I don't think I would do so well. Be prepared to sign into their system, they keep a record of everything. They do basic repairs (like replacing a cracked i-phone screen) within minutes. $90 for the first time and $45 thereafter. Did I mention they keep meticulous records? I bought a mini-ipad, took it home, worked with it, didn't like it (I guess I am a died in the wool PC user.) and received a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. If you don't need everything new, you can't beat their prices. Although, they do have i-phone 6's for sale. The store opens at noon most days and there is a steady flow of customers in and out. If you are an Apple user and are tired of paying high prices, you owe it to yourself to just stop by and say "hello."
