Company states: I have decided to refund the consumer. The owner never said about returning anything. I have stated clearly the policy of 7 days. I noticed that he had replaced the screen and since he repaired it himself I am not liable for the issues that he has received after our help.
I am rejecting this response because: the owner never said anything about returning anything. The owner also failed to fix/replace product...
that was faulty equipment. The owner refused to fix the screw he stripped out and left the screw laying inside my phone. The owner also didn't know how to get my iPhone 5c screen to sit flush in the frame of my phone. I WOULDN'T recommend a single soul.can attach pics of damage
Review: Fixed my weak battery and 5 days later my phone wont turn on or even recognize a charger. Took it back and he said there was something internal wrong with the iPhone 5c and there was nothing he could do.Desired Settlement: Replacement iPhone 5c or better
