We do apologize for the inconvenience that Mr*** did go through as we were not able to fix Mr***'s air conditioner within hoursHowever, we did our best to ensure that him and his family were immediately provided temporary accommodations by placing
a window unit in his home in addition to the other window units that were already in place The air conditioner unit that belonged to Mr*** needed to be replacedOur staff acted as promptly as possibleAn order was placed and expedited approval was granted for the new air condition to be deliveredAs soon as the new air condition was delivered to the property it was immediately installed Mr*** was informed by the Office Manager that his entire unit needed t be replacedMr*** was informed by the Office Manager when his new unit was deliveredMr*** was informed by the Office Manager when his unit arrived at the propertyMr*** was informed when the new air conditioner was going to be installed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It's good,  but almost went 2 weeks,  no communication,  and I had to dish out 700 dollars on 2 portable units.  They supplied a smaller unit after I went in person to complain again.  New unit had been installed and is working great.  Thank you
