The man and his associate showed on time. Their job was to repair a leak on my chimney. [redacted] found the problem quicky and caulked it. While standing on the roof it was $50 for the repair. But once on the ground it jumped to $75. I paid him cash no receipt.
He promised to work up estimates to recap the chimney, repair garage door, caulk windows, etc. and get them to me within the next coupla of days. I have never heard from them again. If the company didn't want to do the work, they should have said so instead of leaving us in the dark.
My wife and I are both disabled and absolutely cannot climb the roof. We feel that this company is a lot of talk and cannot in good conscience recommend them.
