ThIs guest checked in for rooms, for nightsThere were no issues brought to the attention of any workers, or myselfUpon check out, they dropped the keys to my year old daughter, who was working on homework at the desk, and said they were checking out and leftThere was no phone
conversation, or complaints made to the motelQuite frankly, I am shocked to see these complaintsI have the receipts from *** *** stay, and please note the "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" printed on the recieptAlso, her total charged to her card and what she is asking for refund is incorrect and does not match

The Valley Hotel is a run down horribly maintained property and has *no remote resemblance* to what is shown on their web site. I thought I was renting an upscale suite and what I got was a dirty 1-room motel room. I stayed anyway because it was late when we arrived and we had been driving all day to get there. I complained to the manager on duty be he said the owner was on vacation and it was his first day on the job. Curiously, the lady who I had made the reservation with said the same thing. Please look at their web site home page and then a Google Map street view of what this motel really is. Businesses that conduct unethical practices like this are a bad representation of your beautiful State.
