I do not accept $as a way to resolve the issue on this complaintI purchased this insurance to have my full product purchase price protected, $2300.00, not to credit my coverage premium This company is responsible for a bad repair caused from their contractor, as the center console has streaks and bumps from the technicians applicationThen to try to fix a seam separation with the same liquid dye was deceiving and trying to get over on fixing the couch satisfactorilyThis insurance is to provide full price coverage or a full replacement of my couch Thank you for the offer, but this isn’t close to being acceptable. *** ***

Furnitureland South, the company whom I purchased the furniture, has contacted me directly and is picking up the furniture that was damaged today. They are willing to repair the furniture themselves since Guardsman has failed to fulfill their obligation.
