we had a problem with are riding mower so we called them and they said they would pick it up for $50 and it's under warranty well it took about 2 months to get it back like I called numerous times they said it'd be about a week originally and they always keep giving me a run around saying that they are busy saying that they forgot they can never gave me a price or a total on what anything would be finally after two months I told them that just bring it back I don't care if it works or not and I was going to take it elsewhere and they brought it back and they brought it back with a $270 Bill and that's unacceptable. The city was going to fine is for our grass not being cut. I told them this as well. So we ended up going and getting a new pushmower and working all day on our lawn to avoid a fine from the city. Now we are 2 months in $200 for a new Mower and they charge me for something that they said was under warranty after they told us it would be covered. I hope no one else takes their stuff here because it will be a LONG time before u get it back
I took my mower to the on March 5 and the very nice gentleman at the Bowling Green store advised me that they were very busy and it would be up to 2 weeks before I got it back. He explained that they were doing everything possible to get services done in a timely manner and they more than exceeded my expectations by having my mower back in 4 days. He did advise me that in peak season sometimes repairs take alittle longer but asked me in the future to bring my mower in during that off season and we get discounts as well as super fast turn around. I put a reminder in my phone to schedule my service for November and will beat the peak season rush. He gave me the example of waiting 30 min in Chic Fil a drive thru at 12pm (peak time) or waiting 5 min at 1pm
