documents, only the spouse was mentioned and therefore title was written as suchCustomer noticed names on title work and asked if we could modify to reflect both spouses on title and registration.MVA, like all Municipalities require that all documents are original, accurate and validatedAll the corrected paperwork for change of title was sent to appropriate institutions for processing and title has been adjusted to reflect both owners per client's requestOwners should have already received confirmation of these changes.Respectfully,

March 30, 2018To whom it may concern,The customer came in complaining that the engine was running rough and hesitating. It was recommended to replace the spark plugs and perform a fuel induction service as the first step. The customer was informed that they may also have bad gas and to let fuel run...

low and refill tank. The customer came back a week later and complained that the vehicle had cut off and started sputtering. At this time it was recommended to drop the fuel tank and inspect the fuel tank. The technician separated the fuel rail from tank and ran alternative fuel through the system. The vehicle operated as designed until the alternate fuel ran out. After cleaning the tank and filling with good fuel the check engine light came on. After doing a diagnostic test, the technician found that the throttle body assembly needed to be replaced. Customer informed us that this was already done at another facility and she would take it back to have the repair done under warranty. After all recommended repairs, the customer came back in with the vehicle for check engine light. The technician then diagnosed the replacement of the catalytic converter, bank one and two.At this time we feel we are not responsible for issuing a refund. All recommended repairs were explained to the customer and customer approved. Also as a courtesy we paid $140.00 of her rental so she would not be without a vehicle during the repair. I have all signed documents from the customer as well as scanned sheets and codes if required.Sincerely,Melissa C.Service Manager

that process was to fill out an application for certificate of title/tags. On the original finance documents, customer requested that vehicle be registered in a specific county in Louisiana. This county had higher tax fees associated with transaction and required a change of documentation between finance department and customer. All states expect that documents are original, accurate and validated prior to title/tag processing. All the corrected paperwork and monies required for change of registration has been sent to appropriate institutions ([redacted]) [redacted], for processing. Customer will see a resolution to this matter in short order.
