March 30, 2018To whom it may concern,The customer came in complaining that the engine was running rough and hesitatingIt was recommended to replace the spark plugs and perform a fuel induction service as the first stepThe customer was informed that they may also have bad gas and to let fuel run low and refill tankThe customer came back a week later and complained that the vehicle had cut off and started sputteringAt this time it was recommended to drop the fuel tank and inspect the fuel tankThe technician separated the fuel rail from tank and ran alternative fuel through the systemThe vehicle operated as designed until the alternate fuel ran outAfter cleaning the tank and filling with good fuel the check engine light came onAfter doing a diagnostic test, the technician found that the throttle body assembly needed to be replacedCustomer informed us that this was already done at another facility and she would take it back to have the repair done under warrantyAfter all recommended repairs, the customer came back in with the vehicle for check engine lightThe technician then diagnosed the replacement of the catalytic converter, bank one and two.At this time we feel we are not responsible for issuing a refundAll recommended repairs were explained to the customer and customer approvedAlso as a courtesy we paid $of her rental so she would not be without a vehicle during the repairI have all signed documents from the customer as well as scanned sheets and codes if required.Sincerely,Melissa C.Service Manager
July 20, 2017Revdex.com, Revdex.com K StNW, 10" Floor Washington DC 20005-3404Complaint ID: [redacted] Waldorf Toyota received a complaint related to the registration of one of our client's vehicles and Would like to respond accordingly.Customer purchased truck in November Part of that process was to fill out an application for certificate of title/tagsOn the original finance documents, customer requested that vehicle be registered in a specific county in LouisianaThis county had higher tax fees associated with transaction and required a change of documentation between finance department and customer.All states expect that documents are original, accurate and validated prior to title/tag processingAll the corrected paperwork and monies required for change of registration has been sent to appropriate institutions (***) [redacted] ***, for processingCustomer will see a resolution to this matter in short order
