Yesterday on June 4th I came in the store looking for a two battery vapeI had dollars to spend on all this and I came across the gxkit which the employee helping me said worked with two or four batteriesWhen I went home and looked at the instructions it said the company canceled the two battery function due to issues of not working which mine didn't with only two batteriesWhen I went in today I was told that it did work with two batteries as far as they knew which it was the same guy working and I showed him the instructions and he apologized and said he hadn't been informed of that change, which I completely understand things happensHe informed me that he cant do returns which I also understandi asked if he could give me two free batteries or even at the least discounted batteries he said he couldn't do any of that.I had to buy two new batteries ( I bought four in total because the ones I had needed to be replaced) which also now means I have to buy a new battery cha

I purchased a vape pen from this storeWhen I purchased it I was given the display that was out of it's case and had been handled by the employeesThey stated that that was how they sold their items so I bought itThe next day I filled the vape with my e liquid and realized the pen I had purchased was broken and all of my e liquid had seeped out due to a crack on the base of the barrelI went to the store to exchange the item for a new one and was refused an exchangeAdditionally I cannot file a claim with the manufacturer of the e pen because I was never given a receipt from the company at the time of purchaseI would like a refund on my defective product and would no longer like to do business with themThey purposely do t give you a receipt and have no notices on their refund process or policyThey are scamming people

Complaint: [redacted] contacted me about needing to purchase additional batteries for her new device that she was told only needed two by one of our employees by mistake.  She was also upset that she now needs an additional (4) bay charger to charge all four batteries.  I emailed her...

back and told her, I would give her a credit of two batteries that she purchased for the device (A $24+ total towards a new charger purchased in the store)This would compensate for the (2) batteries purchased and also give her a much higher quality charger for the device. Apparently this was not satisfactory for [redacted]?Thank You[redacted]
