I filed my first complaint with Revdex.com on or about 3/15/I had placed an order back on 2/28/for two products and according to the website the items would be shipped out no more than days after the order is placedOn 3/26/I received and email stating that they were sorry they had been unable to reach me (I don't know how this is possible because they had my mailing address, phone number and email) but that my order had been placed during a time when they received a high number of fraudulent orders so they were refunding my accountI was told in this email that if I wished to order again I would receive 30% off my order and it would be taken care of and shipped out within hours!! It is 4/3/and I am still waiting on an order that was placed on 3/26/17! This is terrible customer serviceI had purchased the two items in February to give as gifts! I WANT MY PRODUCTS!!!
