Today was my first time using Coffman Plumbing Company, Inc., and I am thrilled with the customer service received From my initial call to the office when I spoke with Lisa to schedule an appointment until the work (water heater replacement) was completed by Roger, I found staff to be exceptionally personable, professional, and timely THANK YOU for a refreshingly positive experience, to include my visit to the company's website after finding the listing on the Revdex.com site

Review: received a ring from eBay website from this company that was bent I was guaranteed a refund if returned to the company. I was sent a replacement ring and a return label and was told to send back the bent ring asking for a refund.I reTurned the ring. asking for two weeks and received my ring and was told no every time... I filed a complaint with eBay and all of a sudden the company had my ring. Then told me I wasn't getting a refund because I didn't return the other ring that was sent to me and that is not what the company had promised. The company wrote me an email stating I would never get a refund from them and that they blocked me from buying from them with a happy face. They also would write emails in capital letters being condescending and rude. I asked them not to contact me again and they continue to contact me and that is harassment.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the ring it was less than $6. And the company had horrible customer service they should do the right thing and refund the ring. I also hope that other people read this complaint before they decide to purchase from the company

The customer purchased a sterling silver band from us for $5.99. We shipped the band and it was damaged during shipment. The buyer contacted us and we told them that there were two options. She could send the ring back for a full refund or we could exchange it for a new one. She requested an exchange, so we shipped her a new ring with a prepaid envelope that she could use to send back the damaged ring. She received the replacement ring and sent back the damaged ring in the envelope we provided. After we received the damaged ring, she insisted that we give her a full refund. If she wants a full refund she needs to return the replacement ring as well. We have blocked this buyer from buying with us on eBay.com. eBay reviewed the case and supports our decision to not give the buyer a refund unless she returns the replacement ring. We have never initiated communication with the buyer regarding the replacement ring or the refund. We have only replied to messages that she has sent us. Each of our replies consist of only one email. We are no longer replying or communicating with this buyer. Despite the fact that we only received one ring back, the buyer was refunded in full before we got this complaint from the Revdex.com. The buyer stated, "I threw the other ring away..it's JUNK...". We feel that the complaint and this response should not be publicly posted because the buyer's demands were unrealistic and in violation of eBay's policies.
