The complaint hereby being filed is mostly a customer service issue complaint, with a product issue that has risen as of late which I can't get any customer service response on.

- I ordered a lighting fixture from Vault on Saturday 11/09/19 and specifically noted that I needed the light to be delivered to NY by Monday 11/17/19 since I had contractors at my home until that time frame.

- I had to follow up myself on 11/15, when I got a reply saying they tried to reach out to me about my shipping request via email, which I never received.

- They then said they would ship out the product on 11/21 after this whole debacle. However I came to find out they actually finally shipped it out on 12/2 via trucking. The trucker finally delivered my chandelier on 12/13.

- Just simply trying to get this product SHIPPED and answers from their CS was an absolute mess and I was appalled.

- So already they delayed shipping my product out when I had contractors at my home and now I was going to have to incur another fee for my contractors to come out to hang this chandelier. BUT THERES MORE...

- Last week I had the electrician come out, disassemble the box, and he couldn't find one vital piece to the assembly, so I reached out to customer service again on 01/10/2020. It's been 5 days and not one response to my email or a returned phone call from the voicemail I left.

All I need is a phone call back to discuss what piece I'm missing and how this can be rectified. I know this is a lot to ask of Vault's customer service team, but I paid for a product and I have my rights as a consumer.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business Please please please, someone call me to discuss what I am missing and how to rectify it in a TIMELY manner so I can get on with my life and install the lighting I paid almost $500 for. Otherwise refund the entire order and I can go elsewhere.
