They did not follow thru with there promises.
This is a on line auction house with a physical building near me.
They promised me a picture of my item that I took to them.
That never happened.
They promised me money for what it did sell for.
That never happened.
This happened months ago.
Thank you for consigning with us in the past. I recently reviewed your Revdex.com response and I apologize that we did not communicate with you in a timely fashion. I am going to help you fix this issue and just need some information to figure this out. You mentioned that we would give you a picture of your item and I am trying to figure out what you were requesting at the time of consignment. Also, how many items did you bring in? Once I am able to figure out what happened, I can take care of this issue. Since I am not at the office currently because of Covid-19, if you wouldn't mind helping me, that would be great.
