Review: My father in law purchased on a reconditioned vending machine from [redacted] of The Vending Guy on 8/1/15 on behalf of Its Laundy Day, a Laundromat operated by my wife and I. As stated only the invoice; there was to be a 6 month parts and labor warranty on the machine. After [redacted] delivered the vending machine it was discovered that the machine did not operate properly. [redacted] had attempted to repair the machine multiple times but was unsuccessful. We agreed he would bring a replacement machine and it was to be tested before delivery so that it would be working order and if it did not work he would refund our purchase price of $1800. The second machine was delivered and it too had problems that renders it useless. At this point [redacted] became nearly impossible to get a hold of and would not show up for appointments. At this point he refuses to issue a refund and will no longer return any attempt to contact him.Desired Settlement: We have lost faith in the equipment and any implied warranty offered my Mr [redacted] and his company. We are seeking the refund he had agreed to give us but is not willing to offer.
