A full refund was awarded to the customer after a dispute was filed with her credit card.The customer did not request a refund from our customer service department

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that
this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The business owner was correct that my credit card company was able to get a refund on the purchase. The business was not correct that I did not contact them first. I called the Vernor's Co and was hung up on. This is when I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com and contacted my credit card company. While I am satisfied to have received my money back, I believe the Vernor's Coshould be kept on the Revdex.com watch list

The narrative provided by the patient does not match the notes in his chart on the day of service. Two root canals were completed and a resin build up was placed to protect the teeth. The patient explained he needed time to pay down his bill and...
financial arrangements were made for when he would return to complete treatment. The balance of $541 still remained on his account. On 6/23/2015 the patient communicated to the office that he would return to have his crowns completed. He was told that his balance could be taken care of at that time and no statement would be sent. He has obviously moved on and has other dental provider arrangements. Because of this we sent a bill to close his account.

No date was ever scheduled to complete treatment because all I needed was the root canals. I never needed time to pay down the bill because I paid in full at the time of service with my care credit card. The dentist got his money in full at the time of service. It's absurd to think that He would request extra monies for something he was going to perform in the future. At the time of service I clearly communicated that the crowns were not to be completed by this dentist.
