I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.The response received not only is different from our experience, it also further supports our positionWe never said the Caterpillars were falling out of the treesWhat we said was that the caterpillar's defecation was falling out of the trees and they were all over people and tentsI though we were going to receive a professional experience from what we thought was a reputable companyInstead we received ineffective service, lies and misrepresentationsAdditionally, the worker who said he resprayed DID NOT and then lied about itI have several witnesses to thisLying and misrepresentations are no way to run a businessYour service did not work and it ruined our party hence why we are not paying and filing a formal complaintDo better than a canned apology.

Mr *** paints an inaccurate picture The day of the "service" the technician left without turning on multiple zones and never verified their proper operation We called the Veron company immediately after the technician left on the day of the "service" and reported the problem Mr*** said that he would, himself, come back later that day to fix the issue We waited for him to come that entire day, but he did not return as he agreed he would Instead over a month later he sent a bill for $without any previous communication, explanation for the incomplete "service", or offer to reschedule We called back when we received the bill to remind them that the service was not completed and that we should not be charged *** the customer service repsaid he needed to speak with MrVeron to see what happened and would call back in an hour They never called, instead waiting until after I filed this Revdex.com report It was only at that point that *** offered to take out the $on the bill

industry for over years spraying trees for caterpillars in the metro Boston areaHe is the manager of our Lawn and Tree Care Division here at The Veron CompanyHe was also the one who personally sprayed your house and re-inspected itYou ordered the caterpillar service and we sprayed your house on Thursday, June 16, for caterpillarsIt can take up to 2-days for the product to be consumed by the caterpillars and begin to take effectWhen properly applied, this product has an 80-85% mortality rate of the caterpillarPlease see all attached literatureThe Veron Company never guarantees 100% control of any product we use for any serviceWe did go back to respray as requested by your familyWhen we were there, your neighbors were outside, and it was windyThe technician decided the conditions were not favorable for a respray due to those two issuesHe did also notice there were a lot of dead caterpillars in the lawnThere was also some re-infestation from the neighbor’s oak tree that overhangs your propertyWe notified you that we were unable to spray due to unfavorable conditions and would have to come backWe also informed you of your neighbor’s tree and needed permission from the neighbor to spray it as well as an additional charge to spray the treeWe performed the service that we were hired to doIt was killing the caterpillarsIn fact, in our conversations, you even noted that during the graduation party, the caterpillars were falling out of the treesThis in fact, is a sign that our spray was workingWe expect payment in full for the service we performedThank you, *** *** President of The Veron Company

I am responding to complaint #[redacted] that was filed, against my company, The Veron Company, with Revdex.com on 7/12/16.On 6/1/16, The Veron Company technicians completed the requested job from [redacted], at [redacted]. The technicians turned the sprinkler system on.  At the...

time of the service all of his sprinkler heads were working when we left the property.  We never heard from the client, until 7/12/16, a month and a half later after we did the work when we were looking for payment for the services we completed.   Mr. [redacted] called to complain that the irrigation system was not working.  My Office Assistant offered him the option that I would go out there myself  to check out the irrigation system and look at the complaint. [redacted] refused to allow me or my service men onto his property.  We could not reason with him and I felt it was not worth my time suing him in court so I issued him a credit for the job in full.  It is ridiculous that he even contacted you especially since I credited him the full amount.  I now wish I took him to court.
