This place is a family business that will soon make you feel like part of the familyThey get to know their customers, to make them all customers for lifeThe staff is friendly and very knowledgeableThey also will take the time to explain to you what the problem is and how they are going to fix itIf your somehow not satisfied right away they will do whatever they can to correct the situationThey also only sale you what you actually need to fix your boat and not a bunch of extra parts to run your bill upI will continue to get all my parts and service needs from Shriner Lake marina
I recently had a basement finished by this company. I had and still have unresolved issues but do not trust anyone from this company coming into my house. It appears that their contractors stole property from my house as they entered through the garage via the garage code and stole items from the garage. A police report was filed to detail all items stolen.
Cable jacks were not installed at all or not properly, the plumbing in the bathroom is not correct, building permits were never pulled (even though we were told by the sales person that they would be), and the ejector pump is not working properly. I have a 1 year warranty on the work but will not have them in our house because they might steal again. I will have to pay another contractor to fix the issues.
