To Whom It May Concern:The incident that took place on Monday January 18,2016. [redacted] originally contacted on January 13, 2016 regarding an invoice that was not paid in our system. **. [redacted] informed us that she gave the driver a check at the time of service. At that point we checked our...

paperwork and Quickbooks and could not find the check.  We contacted **. [redacted] again and asked her to provide an actual copy of her check so that we could update our records. **. [redacted] could not provide a copy of the check because she did not have access to a printer.  We said she could get that info from the bank as well.  **.  [redacted] became upset and felt that this was an inconvenience. We then said that we would contact our collections attorney to help us assist in getting the proof we needed. Also, **. [redacted] informed us that she contacted our office in the past regarding this matter and we unfortunately did not have anything documented in our system of that call. I asked that my billing department do a thorough search and we found a check in Quickbooks with her formal name Paqu[redacted] Z. [redacted] and the matching check# and payment.  Our billing program had her name in as [redacted], therefore, when we did a search it did not provide us the proof we were looking for at the time of our conversation with **. [redacted]. We are sending an apology letter to **. [redacted] explaining the situation on our end and hope that she realizes that people make mistakes and that we are sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused her. Our policies are changing as we speak on handle situations like this and we hope that this does not happen in the future.SincerelyPaul [redacted] President.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  If [redacted] Septic would have FIRST looked into their accounts department (common sense would tell you to look at the last name on an account )and taken care of this issue instead of threatening me first and foremost with collections and being so rude as to yell, scream and bully, knowing I was already upset because of the numerous times they contacted me, and also told me this problem had been settled ...that it had been THEIR mistake, well none of this would have happened.  I would have thought they value their customers.
Regards,
[redacted]
