My first experience with All Star was great which is why I picked them a year later for my other propertyBy now, their main account manager has changed to Joan who's flighty, doesn't listen and tends to interrupt My main problem with All Star is that they outsource their work to smaller contractorsI can understand that weather conditions can delay a project, but it's unacceptable that 1) their contract person is not clear on when they'll be coming to work on a project, 2) the contracted person brings his FAMILY to the work site and his children ask to use my bathroom, and 3) when promised to come back another day (3rd visit) at 10am, he shows up at 3pm I would never recommend All Star Fence again in terms of timingAs for quality, it's hard to say because I'm not sure if the job will ever be done
