August 15, 2016Dear Customer,In regards to your complaint that was sent to the Revdex.com, it is my feeling that I have done everything in my power to assist you in a resolution of your complaintWe have been out to your previous home on two different occasions (March 3rd and June 22nd)
for the "mold issue”It was discovered on both occasions that it was just dust and dirt and that we had rectified the situationAs soon as it was brought to my attention on July 7th, I asked ray manager if we could get your ducts professionally cleaned through the company that we go throughI received permission to have this service done on the 7th of JulyWe called the company and they were on vacation until the 14th of JulyI got permission to relocate you due to your PFA on the 13th of JulyI then gave you all the options of homes that we had available via email and let you know that we would transfer you without any penalty due to the new Domestic Violence Law under Fair HousingI updated you late on the 15th that we would have your vents and duct professionally cleaned on the 21st of July as we were waiting from a call back from the Professional CompanyI asked for a copy of the PFA for the file on the 15th as well and a picture was sent to me and I stated it would suffice but I would need an actual copy of the PFA as the picture did cut off some of the informationIn which I still have not receivedOn the 15th, I also let you know that we had a bedroom townhouse Come available that was moreadyI asked if you would like to come view it before making a decisionYou asked if you could move in over the weekend of the 15th-17thMy response was that you could transfer over the weekend as the 15th was on a Friday if you liked the townhome after you viewed itYou signed the new lease, and completed the Condition of Premises Form on the 15th as well and accepted the homeA copy of the COP was given to you at that time to mark down any additional damages to the new home, which was never returned to us with any additional information notedOn the 18th you emailed asking when the keys were due for your previous homeI responded by the 19th, as you have already had our days free Transfer policy plus an extra day to moveI did not receive the keys on the 19th and email you on the 20th requesting the keys for the 2nd time and requesting payment for July's rentI did not receive the keys until the 22nd of July which we did not bill you for the additional days you occupied both homes after our free days transfer policyAt this point rent was not paid for July for the previous homeWe pro-rated the rent for the previous home from 1st to the 15th, and the 15th to the 31st of to the new homeI gave you a tentative balance of $as of the 20th$was due for the previous home because of unpaid pro-rated rent and past due electric and $for the pro-rated rent for the new homeI also explained that there would be additional charges for cleaning/carpet cleaning, last electric bill, etc., that you would receive a final bill within days of move out of the previous homeThe additional charges were outlined in the Statement of Deposit that was sent out on August 3rd including a flea extermination charged that was due to the pet sitting of a cat for the days before you moved, which is a violation of the lease Com a deadline for the charges of the old home of September 3rd to be paid before late fee would be assessedYou then received a letter on the 4th of August (Notice to Quit, delivered to everyone on property that owes Rent or Electric) giving a total balance due for the new home as the charges were moved from the old homeOn August 4th received an email asking "And why am I getting late fees on a amount that I was notified after the fact”I then asked if you would like to set up an appointment to go Over all the charges in detailYour response was that you needed all the balances, bill and contact information for the manager above me and/or the owner of *** and the name of the woman you did your lease with oil, the 15th by Monday the 8th of AugustYou also requested a copy of your leaseYou then came into the office to collect all the information requestedI then received an email saying you were taking legal action against us and contacting the Revdex.comI have only since received $1,for July, August and the charges from the previous homeAs far as the spiders/bugs, we have no record of you requesting our Professional Pest control company in either of your homesAfter the transfer to the new home you signed a new month lease and are subject to all the stipulations and policies that are within that leaseIf you were to end your lease early, there would be fees associated with the early termination.Thank you,Samantha TAssistant Property Manager
