I would think twice before going to this salon [redacted] the salon owner comes across as nice but if you have any problem with her service she is not willing to work with youShe was defensive, very unprofessional and rude to meShe had complete tunnel vision and was not able to see the overall look I wanted ending in me spending way to much money and time for what I did not ask for or get in the endHer only solution was to ask for more money then accuse me of trying to get something for free when I questioned the additional charge after already paying close to $and two previous appointmentsThere are too many hairdressers with excellent customer service no reason to waist your time or money on someone who doesn't care how they treat their customers
