June was the last day I lived at that address, at the end of day I started receiving harassing calls from a collection agency, I refused to comply with their demand and contacted the leasing office instead***, the assistant Manager responded that she will have her boss call, he never did and the collection agency continued to callAt this point I called back *** told me it was an error by her head office and they will fix it and let me get my refund in fullI told her I needed that decision in writing and for my records if that ever show up on my recordShe then emailed me that the head office will send me a letter and she will send me as wellI got her letter but not one from her head office but instead one from the collection Agency*** told me she has ask them to stop contacting meRefunds are credited days when a resident vacate a property on or after days I wrote to inform them if my deposit was not returned then I would take further action
