When [redacted] moved into the apartment, there were no grills in or around the apartment. The apartment was not "trashed" as she put it. Since the apartment was sitting vacant for a while, it should have been re-cleaned but it was not.       Since we have a no grills policy,...

we asked [redacted] to remove the grills by giving her a 3 day notice. Upon re-inspection of the apartment after days had passed, we noticed that the grills were moved inside the apartment. Since she did not comply with our request, we had to follow our rules.       All we asked was for her to remove the things that were not allowed and she did not comply until we sent out the notice to quit. In the process, she did not pay her rent and that is where the $847.00 came in. She owed her rent, late fee and returned check fee.       After she finally complied and removed the items, she was able to stay. The file was never sent over to the attorney's for an eviction and we did not tell her that it was.       Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid my rent the day it was due I have proof of confirmation email also I asked management server all times If they got my payment never got emailed back . They charged me NSF 25$ & 75$ late fee . I feel I should be reimbursed because my account was current and never reached a low balance because I paid on time
