Mrs [redacted] * [redacted] at time of move in notified us verbally of her current employer which was not listed on her application, she had falsified information on application which is grounds for immediate decline.Please contact the office if you have any questions@ ###-###-####.Respectfully,The Village at Metro Center

Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever dealt withI filled out an application for residency with a leasing agent and paid my and for app fees and a holding feeCome Monday noone has ran my application, I go in and a new agent informs me the apartment I was holding I could not have So I settled with a different oneWas told Monday they would run my application Come Tuesday I receive a call stating my application was not completed and that desired apartment would not be ready when I stated j needed do I had to settle again for a bigger and more expensive unitI go in againFill out the missing page, which by the way I was told by the first agent wasn't a required formI give the application to the manager and she was the most rude and vile ladyShe had an attitude from the start I explained to her why it wasn't completed at first and she raised her voice at meI asked if I could have my money orders back since my application was never ran and she snatched my application from me and continued to speak to me in awful disrespectful wayI told her to keep the dollars and that'd I would take my business elsewhere Never have I ever felt so disrespected by someone supposedly running a business I really think the property manager needs to rethink their hiring process

Very unprofessional staff, rude and their legal team operates as as Slumloards. My rent was always paid obviously on time and never late! My rent was paid by a program locally and guaranteed. My apartment was slum issues with constant air conditioning leaks, all cupboards were ghetto, broken and missing doors and face boards. Appliances never worked properly and we're broken and severely dented. Huge gap in main door so my there was an inch gap ,you could actually see daylight wth the gap. Also had to make them re-do the tub shower because it was a health hazard!!!

Come Monday noone has ran my application, I go in and a new agent informs me the apartment I was holding I could not have. So I settled with a different one. I go in again. Fill out the missing page, which by the way I was told by the first agent wasn't a required form. I give the application to the manager and she was the most rude and vile lady. I told her to keep the 81 dollars and that'd I would take my business elsewhere. Never have I ever felt so disrespected by someone supposedly running a business. I really think the property manager needs to rethink their hiring process.
