Hello, my name is [redacted] ***, and I am the Senior Manager for the Villas at HollyI was made aware of the situation Friday, April 22nd, when our Assistant Manager, ***, was made aware that the work order entered on 4/15/was not completedThe residents did put in a service request on 4/15/ that the air conditioning unit in their apartment was not workingI discovered that a now previous employee, looked at the air conditioner and close the service request out saying that there was not power to the air conditioning unitUnfortunately, at that point, our service technician did not communicate with his supervisor that a part needed to be orderedThen last Friday, 4/22/16, the residents came into the office at Villas at Holly and spoke to [redacted] and let her know the issue was not resolvedShe then immediately, called our Renovations Supervisor, ***, and he was at the apartment home within minutes of being notified the issue was not resolvedHe then found that a fuse needed to replaced for the power to the air conditionerAs the temperature over the weekend was at the highest degrees, (our company considers a non working air conditioner an emergency if the temperature is over degrees) we told him we would order the fuse and get it taken care of first thing today, Monday April 25thI have spoken to our renovations manager, ***, this morning, and we have received the fuse to install and get the air conditioner working for the resident todayThis work will be taken care of by the end of the day todayIn regards to the exterior renovations, this has been a long process to replace damaged siding and painting of the buildingsWe are about 50% completed with paint and the siding work is 100% completeWe do understand these exterior projects are very inconvenient for the residents, but we hope they enjoy the new enhancements

lint that had blown onto the ceilings
There is no "construction" going on in the apartmentWe had to place blowers to dry the water, cut into the drywall to ensure there wasn't any moisture and repair the drywall

We were told that we could not renew our lease after this complaint was sentTheir reasons were 1) My husband and I were harrassing them and hostile about the repairs and 2) We had a Chapter bankruptcy open from
I don't except the answer because I feel it is bogusThis property has switched hands over and over again with property managersThey may not have found mold but there was still an issue with flooding and the quality of air my family was inhaling...including my newborn baby
If nothing in the apartment needed to be fixed then why was it completely gutted out after we left? According to friends that still live there, the walls were gutted, new rugs and floorng, new light fixtures...you name itIt is a brand new apartmentWe knew that it needed to be gutted and asked that we be moved over to a new unit without transfer fees because of all we enduredWe were blocked$1100-$is way too much money to pay each month for ANY types of issues with an apartment...really?!

The residents did put in a service request on 4/15/16...

that the air conditioning unit in their apartment was not working. I discovered that a now previous employee, looked at the air conditioner and close the service request out saying that there was not power to the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, at that point, our service technician did not communicate with his supervisor that a part needed to be ordered. Then last Friday, 4/22/16, the residents came into the office at Villas at Holly and spoke to [redacted] and let her know the issue was not resolved. She then immediately, called our Renovations Supervisor, [redacted], and he was at the apartment home within 10 minutes of being notified the issue was not resolved. He then found that a fuse needed to replaced for the power to the air conditioner. As the temperature over the weekend was at the highest 75 degrees, (our company considers a non working air conditioner an emergency if the temperature is over 85 degrees) we told him we would order the fuse and get it taken care of first thing today, Monday April 25th. I have spoken to our renovations manager, [redacted], this morning, and we have received the fuse to install and get the air conditioner working for the resident today. This work will be taken care of by the end of the day today. In regards to the exterior renovations, this has been a long process to replace damaged siding and painting of the buildings. We are about 50% completed with paint and the siding work is 100% complete. We do understand these exterior projects are very inconvenient for the residents, but we hope they enjoy the new enhancements.
