apply to VWS on 5/2/They were made fully aware of the requirements to apply for one of our tax credit units at VWSIt was communicated to *** that most likely, as she was only newly employed with Amazon, we would have to wait for at least on check stub, if not maybe two from Amazon before we would be able to approve the file, due to how Amazon completes employment verificationsShe did not state this would be a problem, nor did she tell is anything would be changing in her employmentShe was never told by any of our staff that she needed to go get a different job in order to apply with usShe then reached out to us weeks later to inform us that she had gotten a new job with Telenetwork and should send them employment verification (EV)At that point , she was informed that she would need to come and redo her application to reflect her new employer to comply with our paperwork requirementsShe came in a few days later to recomplete the applicationAt that point, she told *** to look up her new employers email address on their website to send the EV*** sent it over immediatelyTwo days later, she called back to tell us that the email address was incorrect and we needed to send it directly over to her supervisor, *** then sent the EV to him and he responded that they are a paperless company and he would like to provide is the information via email without completing the EVWe then showed the email with the employment information to compliance manager, *** ***, who stated that the EV must be complete and returned per our paperwork requirements, we could not use the email outrightShe immediately as soon as the RV is returned to usAt this point, the apartment reserved for *** and *** is ready to be moved into as soon as we have the approval for them.Below id the section of our tenant selection plan pertaining to the application process and procedures. Blazer Real Estate Services received the complaint filed with Revdex.com on 7/24/16. We take all complaints/concerns serious and intend on working diligently to resolve your issues. Upon researching the pest control issues within apartment number [redacted] at Villas at Willow Springs, we found that...
Worldwide Pest Control treated the apartment on 6/23/16 for wasp nest on the patio, 7/7/16 for roaches, and 7/21/16 for roaches. Not only did they treat your unit but they treated the exterior of building *, along with unit [redacted] and [redacted]. On July 25, 2016 management sent a notice to all of the residents residing within your building, #*, informing them of mandatory pest control which will continue for four consecutive weeks. In this letter they were informed that should anyone fail to allow entry into the dwelling, a lease violation would be issued for non-compliance. Additionally, a Cockroach Preparation Sheet was included with said letter so that residents could prepare in advance for said treatments. Pest control will continue treatment weekly until 8/18/16, at which point we will have Worldwide Pest Control reevaluate the building to ensure that the pest control issues have been resolved.
