To who it may concern,
This matter has been resolved.
The previous Business office manager did not enter the pet deposit correctly. Therefor, after doing lots of calculations and researching I was able to confirm that he was owed $500.00...
for a pet deposit. I had some failed attempts to reach Mr. [redacted]. I had our company mail him his check. There is still a possibility that Mr. [redacted] was actually paid more than what was owed to him. However, we are satisfied with the end result.
