The Vintage Lofts at West End

Management is refusing to refund the $300 fee I was TOLD was being refunded to me and sent as a check.
In mid January I cancelled my leasing application with Vintage Lofts. At that time I called and requested to have the $300 admin fee refunded (this fee was never disclosed as nonrefundable I will attach the fee disclosure document I received from them). The leasing agent I spoke with named Marlon was very helpful and informed me I would be receiving my refund check in the mail. A few weeks passed without receiving the refund. Yesterday (2/13) I texted Marlon to check in on my refund. At that time I was directed to his manager named Natalie L. who was aggressive and rude. Even though I was expecting my money based on what I was told by her employee, she repeatedly insinuated I was lying multiple times and even threatened creditors would follow if I tried to get my money back. After being bullied out of pursuing the refund I am rightfully owed, I feel horrible knowing I was lied to and misled.

Billed for bogus claims
On November 11, 2017 moved out of apartment #4401 and into Apartment #3102. I inspected the apartment as well as the carpeting and other than seeing some dirt spots there were no liquid stains on the carpet. On December 7th, 2017 I received a bill in the amount of $827.82 Called office and was told it was for pet stains which there was never pets in the apt. Found out they ripped carpet and put down flooring. Spoke with mgr Yvonne B. and sent me pictures which showed that the stains would of been under a bed so it was impossible. Called billing and was rudely talked to and was laughed at and mocked. Was told if I didn't pay it than they would destroy my credit. They wouldn't give me any names. Said it was again policy. Finally spoke with area Manager Danielle H. and she reduced it to $722.82. Removed one charge off of bill.

The built in closet organizer is falling apart. I've asked 3 x now to have it fixed. Still not done.
The build in closet organizer in unit *** is falling apart. Maintenance came once. Cut shelves that were too long. Said they would come back. That was almost a year ago. Stopped in the office 2 weeks ago. Told it would be fixed. Still nothing. Tried calling to leave a message - the voice mailbox is full. Told to call back later. Still no answer.
