Review: On 1/**/2015 I ordered and paid, by credit card. for The Charlie Chan Platinum DVD Collection (42 Titles on 14 High Quality DVD's. Packaged in Dual DVD Cases) from the Vintage Theatre, LLC (Invoice No.: [redacted] Order No.: [redacted] Date: 01/**/2015). On January **, 2015 I called this business (no answer) and e-mailed asking where was my order. I received the reply:

All packages are currently on back order. We plan to ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email tracking # when package ships.

I have called (never an answer, answering machine ONCE) and have e-mailed several times. To date no reply, no contact and no refund. I now believe I need an advocate in this matter.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the DVD's I ordered. My second choice would be a full refund (with an apology).

Review: I am dissatisfied with my purchase of a DVD collection of the Three Stooges shorts for $109. The website states Be the first to own the Complete 120 Episode DVD Collection PLUS the 78 BONUS Cartoons. The collection is not complete and is missing at least 8 of the original short videos that I was counting on having. I believed that this was indeed complete and it is not. The website guarantee is stated as follows. Return/Replacement Policy:We guarantee your complete satisfaction on all of our merchandise. We work hard to provide the highest quality possible and are not happy until you, the valued customer, are completely satisfied. If for any reason you believe our merchandise is defective, we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply return the product to us and we will send you a replacement the very next business day.I am not satisfied and the company refused to let me return the collection for a refund since they only will replace a defective DVD and won't honor the claim of "Complete collection" exclusively offered at TheVintageTheatre.com.The word Complete is misleading and untruthful on your website.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the unused DVD collection for at least a partial refund after discovering that it is not what it was claimed to be.
