The Vintage Way

Ronald the owner is a scammer. He complained throughout the move and seemed condescending. He changed the price of the move 3 different times and would look for any way he could to get extra money. This moving company is a joke and is very unprofessional.

The Vintage Way (a moving services company) was contracted to provide household good moving services through a broker associated with *** (***.com). The services were provided as requested. Unfortunately, the order was made twice, so was double billed through my credit card. When contacted via text, the owner (MR Ronald V) agreed it was an error and that he would "make it right." first I needed to leave positive feedback on the ***.com website. Once that was completed, he promised to complete the refund. He did NOT provide the refund. He has stopped responding to all text correspondence.
The brokerage firm offers that since the funds have already been paid to the vendor, they cannot help.
