I have been so impressed with Nicholas [redacted] from the Vinyl Spectrum. I followed a crafting group he was an administrator of for about six months before ordering from him. In that time he proved to be professional and courteous.
Once it was time for my to order I had a question about a specific color and asked him via social media. He responded just an hour or two later, again, very courteous and professional.
Even though my vinyl order was relatively small, the package was delivered within the week-- faster than the materials I'd ordered to apply it to. I can't say enough good about Nicholas [redacted] and his associates at the Vinyl Spectrum!

The Owner takes pride in what he does and I have never been disappointed. This is my number 1 Vinyl supplier. They are straight forward with information and there are never any hidden fees.
You can get an estimate shipping before you order, so you're not surprised at the checkout.
Once you place your order, the processing happens really fast and if there is a delay, customers are being informed before they even place an order.
They ship priority, so your order always arrives within 2-4 days. I honestly never waited longer than 2 days on normal conditions.
One time I didn't realize that a special request was actually available for purchase and they didn't hesitate to change the order for me to help me out.

I have placed two orders from the Vinyl Spectrum in the past six months. I can't say enough about the great service and products I received. The products were skillfully packaged to avoid damage. I received order confirmation immediately upon ordering as well as tracking info as soon as the product shipped. Both times. The order was received by me two days after ordering with their regular shipping methods. At one time I had a question about a product and my email was answered within an hour of sending.
