Review: I made an online order for an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to the maternity department of a hospital. The recipient never received the product because the delivery individual delivered to the nurse's station instead. I made multiple calls requesting a return phone call since they made representations that they had personally delivered the product. I confirmed with the recipient that this was not accurate. I contacted the hospital on Saturday and agains they confirmed they had nothing. I received no response until the Monday after the event, of which the designated recipients were no longer at the hospital.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card, as it appears that the arrangments I paid for are serving as decoration at the hospital.
