These people are scumbagsI waited for minutes to be taken back to a roomThe eye exam itself was normalBut then, you have to sit in their "eyeglasses shop" and wait forever for unprofessional people to try to sell you glassesI waited almost half an hour - the girl who finally "helped" me had to take the time to gossip with another employee who was cleaning glasses (instead of helping patients) about a patient who had just leftWhy were they gossiping? Because nearly EVERYBODY there was angry or frustrated or asking questions because they couldn't get direct answers It took another half an hour to get my prescription, even after I explained I had no interest in purchasing anything from themI received no receipt for services, which came back to haunt me I went to Costco to use my benefits on contacts, and I had to pay out-of-pocket and wait for a reimbursement checkThe reimbursement check was HALF of what it was supposed to be because these ss used half of my benefits on the contact lens exam, even though I had already paid for that out-of-pocketNow I have to wait for my insurance company to get in touch with these people and sort all of it out, all because they are incompetent, greedy and unwilling to communicate They didn't explain anything about billing at all to meIt makes the business feel like they are trying to rip you off and scam youThey are untrustworthy
