 This is a follow complaint from case # Complaint ID: [redacted] which by default close as satisfactory. The issue is still on , The paving create puddle which company came to fix one time with additional cost of $400. The problem with the puddle retaining water when it rain was never fixed. Company said they will come by in November 2016 to fix it but never show up fix the puddle and not asking for more money Regards,

The basement door was too high to begin with so we had to accommodate that with the hottop. We even had our guys cut the...

We told him ahead of this that he would most likely have puddling in front and back of this new hottop "patch". He said he understood and to continue. We did so and about a week or two later he contacted us to let us know there were puddles in front and back of the patch. We can't keep going back. Please tell me what to do.[redacted]

original estimate. Given that you are not a customer of ours, and the fact that didn't happen, at least not from our company, we politely ask that you retract that statement. As far as the stain in the street, we apologize. We did accidentally leak some fluid from the truck when it was parked along the sidewalk before your driveway as we paved your neighbors driveway. It was only there for 3 hours, but did leak some fluid. We put speedy dry on it immediately, let it work, and swept it all up. Unfortunately there's not much else you can do with a stain like that, except the rain and traffic will definitely diminish it. Again, we apologize about that.
