GreetingsI received further response from this company and feel I should reply since their statement was not correctThe Wagenbrenner company did not take complaint seriouslyThey did offer the "option" to move out early, however, they asked to me pay through the end of my leaseAs I said, the property manager asked me to move out on June and pay through July since a perspective tenant wants to move in on July My lease will expire on July Does it make sense to move out on June 30, find a one-month temporary housing, and pay twice to hire movers? This company only cares about their profit. They claimed that there is no other complaints in that building and that is not trueI was told by the property manager that she sent out several noise complaint letters when I first called her in JanuaryShe asked my which apartment I was in since she sent out several.I don't think there should be any penalty if they asked me to move out early since this is not my faultIf this company does take complaints seriously, they would have come to my apartment to see how serious the problem isAs I said previously, I showed my video to a landlord/tenant attorney and I was told that was serious creaking noise and the ceiling should be fixedAlso, I have not received any call back or email from this company since I left a voice message as well as my contact information to the lady who answered the phone on June Would a company that takes complaints seriously do this to their tenant? Please forward this response to this company if possible Thank you, Revdex.com

Please excuse the delay in my response You email goes to my spam account Please know that the disputed amount was return as of 9/ The only amount withheld was $for an unpaid utility bill

As the email suggests - we responded to the work orders as we received them. There was a delay in the mail box key - to which he was notified of our challenge finding a replacement on a weekly basis. The water billed by Guardian was for time that he lived in the
apartment. This is outlined in the lease. Jeff

We are aware of the situation - and have reviewed her video and the police reports. Neither suggests evidence of excess noise. We have communicated her options to move out of her apartment before the lease end date. She did not like the
options. She has spoken to the supervisor in the building multiple times - however - she does not agree with the suggested options We are bound by fair housing - and while we can appreciate her sensitivity - we can not change our policy between tenants

Hello,The Wagenbrenner Company did not take my concern seriouslyYes, they did say I can move out early, however, they asked me to pay through the end of the lease, which I cannot affordI did not plan to move out earlyThe property manager further said there is a perspective tenant who wants to move in on July and she asked me to move out in the end of June, but to pay the rent until July It is not acceptable to ask me to cover the rent for them to do the "upgrade" for the apartmentThis company apparently does not care about their tenantsThe property manager was very rude to hang up on meI called back the next day and left a messageIt has been two weeks and I have not received a call back from herI also asked to talk to her supervisor, however, I have not heard anything. The only thing I am asking for is to be able to have a quiet sleep during late night and early morningUnfortunately, this company cannot protect their tenants' minimum request.I would appreciate if Revdex.com can ask this company to provide a constructive solution, not just to try to take advantage on my rent

The company says I owe money for a water bill that I have not been billed forThe first time I ever receive notice from the water company, came after I had received the notice from wagenbrennerHowever this bill was not addressed to meAs outlined in my lease I have not been billed by GuardianLucky for me, I was granted a continuanceAll I had to do was simply call my leasing agent, she took care of me right awayMuch faster than this inundated application, the Revdex.com is a relic from a bygone era

Greetings. I received further response from this company and feel I should reply since their statement was not correct. The Wagenbrenner company did not take complaint seriously. They did offer the "option" to move out early, however, they asked to me pay through the end of my lease. As I said, the property manager asked me to move out on June 30 and pay through July 22 since a perspective tenant wants to move in on July 22. My lease will expire on July 31. Does it make sense to move out on June 30, find a one-month temporary housing, and pay twice to hire movers? This company only cares about their profit. They claimed that there is no other complaints in that building and that is not true. I was told by the property manager that she sent out several noise complaint letters when I first called her in January. She asked my which apartment I was in since she sent out several.I don't think there should be any penalty if they asked me to move out early since this is not my fault. If this company does take complaints seriously, they would have come to my apartment to see how serious the problem is. As I said previously, I showed my video to a landlord/tenant attorney and I was told that was serious creaking noise and the ceiling should be fixed. Also, I have not received any call back or email from this company since I left a voice message as well as my contact information to the lady who answered the phone on June 1. Would a company that takes complaints seriously do this to their tenant? Please forward this response to this company if possible.  Thank you, Revdex.com.

I wanted to follow up with you personally as we take complaints very seriously. With that said, the tenant, [redacted], was provided with options.    We did offer her to get out of her lease early – however – we didn’t guarantee that it would be without penalty to her.   By law – we are required to mitigate her damages should she leave prior to her lease expiration.   In this market it is likely that we would’ve rented it quickly and would have been without penalty. She wanted a guarantee – and we can’t (and wouldn’t) give it to her.[redacted] was handled professionally and consistent to our policies.     Her situation was dealt with compassion and with reason. The apartment building is nearly 60 years old and is of sound construction.    With have 253 other residents in the building – and no other noise related complaints.I hope this perspective will be considered.   Jeff Wagenbrenner

Please excuse the delay in my response.  You email goes to my spam account.
Please know that the disputed amount was return as of 9/25.  The only amount withheld was $16.76 for an unpaid utility bill.
