Reading *** complaint gives me great concern of the facts in this case***
Just before Christmas, *** brought in a pair of broken
glasses upset where had purchased them, would not help him fix them but mention he had bought new glasses to replace them but would like them fixed hopefully for a backup pairI told him it was a brand I don't sell a lot of but I would try and order the partWhen I ordered it seemed like I was going to be able to get it, but with it being the holidays I wasn't expecting it in a hurry and also being a *** company it usually takes at least a week to a week and half So after the new year it still hadn't arrived I call the company back to enquire about it, they said I was told wrong that they didn't have any parts left for this frame
So as another possible solution for *** I told him I would check my other suppliers, when my sales reps would come in I looked for a *** with a similar designNot being a very common design with suppliers it was still worth a shotI thought I had one that might fit but in the end the offset of the hole wouldn't allow a reasonable fit
In all honesty I cannot remember if *** had brought in both pieces or notIf he had I would have put them in the envelope with his glassesBut the *** was broken as in he was going to need a new one for it fit on his glasses properly, that is why he came to me in the first placeI certainly feel we have tried to help *** with his problem unfortunately he feels differentlyIf we had his broken *** which I am pretty sure we didn't it still would be broken and he would still need a new one which we couldn't find for himWe have not charged *** for any of our time, so unfortunately he feels we are ripping him off because we tried to help unlike where he had bought his glasses in first place and that we have lost this suddenly valuable broken ***

I did not at any time purchase new glasses after this set brokeNot sure where *** came up with that story.I came to Roy with both the *** and the rest of the glasses asking if the hinge could be repaired.***s comment (( But the *** was broken as in he was going to need a new one for it fit on his glasses properly, that is why he came to me in the first place)).How does he know the *** is broke ,he said he never seen it and I have said all along that its the hinge that is broke.I'm no expert but the *** looked fine to me.*** seems to think that since he tried to fix my glasses (so he says) that its ok to lose the ***the *** was not broke and I could have taken the glasses to someone ***
