The original contract was for $800, in which I have been able to edit and research the existing work product The school contacted the student directly, and we received the ability to revise the proposal We researched every faculty member, including their research Then, I provided an outline of the faculty research The client did not appreciate the response even though we were given two days to complete it over the weekend After the client's response, she did not permit us to work together to complete it and submit it to the school However, the outline of faculty research was something that did take time to read and outline In an attempt to remedy the client's complaint, I have continued to explain my perspective Instead, the client is combative I have continually stated that there can be a remedy, but she continues to assert that nothing was done This is simply not correct In addition, the client had a stranger come to my office without an appointment under pretenses, and he made me feel very uncomfortable.We do not want anyone to feel cheated, so we would be willing to provide a refund, but a full refund is not indicative of the situation As stated, we are more than welcome to remedy this situation; however, we would like to do so in a fair manner

The business sent me an email today saying she would refund the full amount ($400) within 30 days from today Aug19th. Until then I still reject the business response.
