Review: On 6/22/2013, I went into the store and purchased a pair of shoes. They didn't have them in stock, so they were going to ship them to me. That same day (Saturday) I found a pair online that I liked the design better. I called to cancel the order, and was told they were already shipped(the shoes came fedex..fedex on a saturday??? their first lie) I was told to just refuse the shipment. They received the shoes back on 7/9/2013. I called to see when I could anticipate a refund, and was told the following day it would be processed then it takes another two days for whatever reason.The latest I should have waited was Friday the 12th.On 7/11 I received a voice mail late in the day from them asking for my credit card number.I called them back with it, and was told they were going to process it the next day.I called again on 7/13 to see where my refund was, and was told it still wasn't processed in the system yet.I called today 7/15, and spoke with customer service manager who said that it wasn't put through until 7/13. She then had me hold while she contacted my bank.I was then told by her that my bank said that when they receive a refund it can take up to 15 days sometimes to post.I called my bank right after and was told that the 3-15 day wait is not on their end, but has to do with the merchant.My bank hadn't even received the refund yet.This company has done nothing but lie to me everytime I called.They should have taken my credit card info when I called on the 9th. They should have processed my refund when they received my never even seen shoes. They should have not lied every single time I called about when I would have my money available. A customer shouldn't have to go through all this to get a refund...especially from a company who promotes their "easy returns" seductively and misleadingly to get people to buy from them.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $129.41 placed on my account with no further delay.
