Regards,
*** *** In the response to the Walking Co, response it implies that I was the initiator of abuse when in fact I was notIt further states that they called security for their safety which is ludicrous because I was out numbered two to oneNo, the reason they called security is because they refused to give any contact information to the individual that supervises themTheir lack of attending to my needs was clear, they refused to look up and see if any other store had the size I needed or if the warehouse had a pairThe store mgrand her assistant were dismissive and acted appalled of a customer not leaving because they're minds were somewhere else(I rationalized they just wanted to close shop at and leave rather than close the store and then do their shut down procedure causing to stay later than p.m.)Customer service kept me on hold for over minutes the first time and about a half hour the last timeSorry if I wasn't the conforming puppet that they tried to break, instead I stood my ground for what I know to be rightCustomer Service failed to properly connect me with someone who could assist me better, instead kept putting me on hold occasionally picking up and asking if I was still thereThe supervisor in question was not a supervisor at the time if Revdex.com will check. The original gift card that the area supervisor sent failed to inform me that it had restrictionsHe stated that I will send you a gift card valued at $to be used at the Walking CoHe did not state that it had limitationsI did not ask because until now I never heard of a gift card ever having restrictions and believe I would be hard pressed to find very many nor have one say returns are not allowed if ordered on lineHow ludicrous!

Good Afternoon, Mr. [redacted] came in to our store at [redacted] in November and due to his abusive language and behavior towards our two female store employees, they felt concerned for their safety and called the Mall security to assist Mr. [redacted] from the store. Mr. [redacted] complained to the District Manager over the store location who offered Mr. [redacted] a $150 gift card which he could use on any of our exclusive Walking Company brands due to his complaint.  Mr. [redacted] called into our Customer Service team to use the gift card but demanded that he be allowed to use it on another item that was not included within the limitations as stated on his gift card. We contacted the District Manager who agreed to allow an exception for Mr. [redacted] to be able to use the gift card on the item that he requested, going outside of our normal procedure despite Mr. [redacted]’s negative behavior on the phone with our Customer Service team. We contacted Mr. [redacted] to make him aware and left him a message to call us back so that we could assist him with this. Shortly after our message Mr. [redacted] reported to the Revdex.com about his complaint. We also responded to that complaint advising Mr. [redacted] to contact us so we could make the exception and apply his gift card.  On 12/16/16 Mr. [redacted] called in to our Customer Service Team, and spoke with an agent who advised him she would get the Supervisor for him to speak with. The customer called the Supervisor a derogatory name and said he would not speak with the Supervisor. Mr. [redacted] was then transferred to another Supervisor who advised him she would honor the gift card but that this was a one-time exception and that Mr. [redacted] would not be able to return this item. Mr. [redacted] got angry again with our Supervisor advising her that he would be filing a lawsuit and that everyone would be losing their job along with being very disrespectful to our staff. Mr. [redacted] requested to speak to someone else and advised to have someone else call him back.  Our Regional Manager contacted Mr. [redacted] promptly back and also made him aware we would honor his request and he could purchase the shoe he desired. Mr. [redacted] proceeded to read over his Revdex.com response that he had finished typing up offering that he was going to bring a lawsuit to our company.  Each time we have encountered with Mr. [redacted] he has been abusive with his language and behavior and at this time despite us offering Mr. [redacted] exactly what he asked for, he continued to refuse our assistance of placing his order for the item he desired. We have attempted to work with Mr. [redacted] on several occasions and Mr. [redacted] is still not satisfied with the resolution that he requested in this complaint. We believe that we have in good faith tried to resolve this matter and have offered Mr. [redacted] precisely what he asked for but would not allow us to move forward with resolving this concern. At this time we are no longer offering any further resolution as Mr. [redacted] is not willing to cooperate and continues to be abusive to several members of our company and would advise Mr. [redacted] that we will be ending our business relationship.  Sincerely, The Walking Company

additional items other than what was stated on the gift card.  The District Manager advised that we would make a one-time exception and allow the customer to use the gift card on any item within the $150 price point and the item would not be allowed to be returned or exchanged for any reason once redeemed.
