Review: We bought new sandals from the The Walking Company store in Chicago located at

I wore the sandals for an hour and they turned out to be extremely uncomfortable, so much so that I had rashes/redness and blood on my foot and around the ankle. I took them off and decided to return it.
The customer representative at the store was not ready to accept the return because the shoe was worn. That is exactly the reason you have a 30 day trial period. She argued that we can only wear the shoes on a carpeted area.
There is no way we could have found this problem, but to actually wear it for some time to realize it.Desired Settlement: just refund it and treat your customers well.
