I purchased a wall mural on Wallmonkeys and I have had nothing but problemsTo begin with when I purchased the product I selected 2day shipping through FedexTo find out it was shipped USPSI also called the company to find out the status on the product and some guy answered the phone stating that the person that takes care of the status is not inI then asked if only one person in the company takes care of the status and he said noSo you mean to tell me that everyone is out of the office on Monday at amThen finally got a call back and he was not any help eitherStill waiting on a call from a managerWe don't know if we will even get our wall muralTracking says nothing found! The mural I purchased was over $and if I don't receive the mural then it's going to more of a struggle to try and get my money back...this whole experience has been the worst that I've dealt with pertaining to online purchases...Buyer beware when it comes to Wallmonkeys very shady business practices in my opinion and experience dealing with them
