The Warming Trend

If you notice on their website on the 5th tab/page under "specialties" at the bottom they advertise a A+ rating with Revdex.comThis has not been updated to show the lower rating with Revdex.com.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

I received a letter from someone regarding my rating . I do apologize but I believe you had me as an A rating  I have always done good business and took care of all the letters and the customers that file. Please let me know what you and I can do for this and again where I need to go to correct...
