We are in receipt of the complaint #[redacted], dated 9/30/14 from [redacted], a resident of The Warwick. [redacted] reported that he wore a bracelet on a Friday evening when he went out and when he went to get the bracelet the following week, he...

could not find it. He said that the clasp of the bracelet was such that he is sure that it didn't fall off while he was wearing it. A member of our service team entered his apartment on that Monday in response to a service request, So [redacted] is accusing this employee of stealing his bracelet,We advised [redacted] to file a police report, which he did. We have cooperated with the police investigation into the matter and we questioned the employee as well. We have never had an incident like this with this employee, so without proof or prior history to indicate so, we just cannot accuse the employee of stealing this bracelet.We do not have the bracelet, so we cannot return it to him, so I've asked [redacted] what it is that he would like from us at this time since he is so unhappy at The Warwick. [redacted] asked to be let out of his lease without penalty, and we agreed to allow him to move with a 30-day notice. I believe we did the best we could to resolve his issues and he plans to move out of the community.Please notify us if there is something additional that you would require from us regarding this complaint.

Review: THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! Cars are being broken into on a DAILY basis. Residents from the adjacent building uses all The Warwick parking and they do nothing of it. Maintenance comes into my apartment and steals my jewelry and Management does nothing about it. I've called the Property manager's boss on SEVERAL occasions about this matter and she REFUSES to call back!! I've been here for over six months and still my number is not programed in the Directory system. I get a different story each month why it isn't. This place is over priced for what you get!!! Don't be fooled by the marketing and promotions. RUN AWAY!!!! I'm not another property speaking this I'm a current tenant who CAN NOT wait until my lease expires!Desired Settlement: My Bracelet returned refunded.
