Contractor updated our residential boiler systemAfter payment, I noticed system was leaking water through pressure relief valveI contacted contractor for follow up to adjust system to work properlyContractor failed to resolve the system issue after two attempts and was contacted again to adjust high water pressure in the systemAfter his failed attempts, company owner stopped trying to resolve the issue even after saying he would call and schedule a return timeAs a result I have to carry buckets of discharged water from the system, upstairs from the basement to empty on a daily basis when system is runningSeveral thousands dollars later the boiler system is still discharging water from the pressure relief valveWe were initially pleased with the contractor and his work but the refusal to deal with the issue has soured us
