Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He should really read the messages more carefully! He would have read that I have already contacted Ancira Gmc and Gils tires in which they specialize in these rimsLike I said before they both agreed that the only way these rims would do this is that something was sprayed on these rims that was an acidic base chemicalHe knows good and well that I have proved that they are totally responsible for ruining these rims, including a reciept that shows one of the rims was bought in July and the same thing happen to that oneThis goes to show how much they really care about the customersI know for a fact that they carry insurance for situations just like thisI will be sure to share my experience with others so that they are aware of what kind of business eithics this company really has and this does not happen to others Regards, [redacted]

The damage claimed was determined to be pre-existing The Wash Tub assumes no liability for the damage but we will be happy to help the guest by polishing the area to remove the paint transferred This type of damage is not consistent with any type of damage that is possible at the location and it is apparent that paint was transferred to the guests vehicle from another

We can't take responsibility for something we don't feel we didWe wash thousands of cars through the location guest visited and we have not had any issuesI recommend guest take wheels to dealership for advise

I am rejecting this response because: That is a statement provide by businessThey are fully aware that these rims are of high quality and expensive rims that were bought new and recentlyBusiness is only going by the opinion of a close friend, so of course he would say thatI have talked to the business that specialize's in these rims and the same place that I bought them from and they informed me that "the only way these rims would get this way is by the negligence from them by putting a chemical on them that would do thisIf wash tub truly takes pride in this business they should take responsibility for the damage they causedIf they don't take responsibility then they should not be in this businessSTEP UP AND DO WHAT YOU KNOW IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!!

At no time did our Manager *** *** agree that we had caused any damage*** did try to help guest by purchasing a cleaner that would hopefully remove the stain*** did this, not because of admission to damage but rather to help guest resolve issue*** *** - Area Director did have
chemical supplier representative visit guest at her residence to take a look at damage since it was something we had never seenThe representative said the products used can't cause this type of stainingWe use the same products to clean all cars we service and again we have never encountered this type of issueIt is because of this, that we are not taking any responsibility

Area Director *** *** met with *** ***e at the *** location to review crack on windshieldMr*** noticed a chip on the windshield which could not have occurred by washing the carThe vehicle had to have come in with the chipWhen you run a vehicle through the carwash, the cold
water hits the hot chipped class causing chip to run and causes crackAny glass company can justify thatWe will not take any responsibility for the cracked windshield

I am rejecting this response because: There response is exactly what I expected, The fact is this is a car and they did do something they shouldn't have, whether they admit to or notSo The Wash Tub taking no responsibility for their actions is what you would expect given their current rating with the Revdex.com. This will only become my word against *** ***'s word, the fact remains that my car got damaged by their facility in *** whether they take responsibility for it or notThe managers admission to the fact was clear the day I went their and showed him the issue with the vehicle, his disgust over his workers was evident, But when push comes to shove he will never say that to his district manager *** ***. Truth has no bearing in this issue at allI was hoping *** *** would step up to the plate and take responsibility for those under him and their carelessness in how they cleaned my car that day in April

location and it is apparent that paint was transferred to the guests vehicle from another.

We did process this vehicle as guests states. It was processed the same way that all vehicles get processed and there were no issues with any of the other vehicles. The issue guest explains is a common occurrence with Chevrolet truck wheels. Guest can google for information and discover that is a...

wide spread issue. We will not take any responsibility in repairing or replacing the wheels.

This goes to show how much they really care about the customers. I know for a fact that they carry insurance for situations just like this. I will be sure to share my experience with others so that they are aware of what kind of business eithics this company really has and this does not happen to others.
