DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered a machine part from PRICEFALLS to avoid buying it from another website with a terrible reputation *** *** *** Turns out PRICEFALLS is simply a broker to vendors because AFTER I placed my order, I learned the vendor was *** I received an order confirmation and a UPS shipment notificationThe order never arrived even though the PRICEFALLS website showed an order status of DELIVEREDAccording to PRICEFALLS customer service, the item was never sent, they receive many complaints about *** and they continue to do business with *** even though several orders per month generate complaintsHiding the vendor information and allowing a vendor to post order information on the PRICEFALLS website constitutes fraud on the parts of both PRICEFALLS and *** The Revdex.com should shut down both of these businesses

It took to them almost a week to find out that they did not have in stock an item I purchasedAll I got was an Email from PayPal with the "money back" but with a note that I could take days to get money back to my original payment
First of all, I purchased this item for Black Friday and there was another store offering another similar deal but I took the chance with pricefalls since their deal was lightly cheaperIf I knew that they are out of stock, I will buy from the other store but no! It took days to find out!
What kind of company offered a product on line and they don't even know how much they have in storage and plus they will let you know when is too late to go for another optionThey have bad communication and an inefficient system
The only Email I got after my complaint was to Justify that I order almost close to the weekend and they don't work on the weekend, but I got the PayPal Email on a Wednesday late evening
The simple answer is that they are inefficient

Customer service is horrible I called on a thursday because I didnt receive my order(weeks late) Chelsie told me she would check on it and call me back I never received a call back I called on Monday and they still didnt know what was going on Tuesday they told me the vendor had issues with their system and they gave me thier phone number via email Once I spoke with the vendor I asked to have the order canceled I emailed Chelsie to verify the vendor canceled the order She never replied I called two days later and the order was canceled but my refund hadnt been issued for some reason I shouldnt have to call and email a million times to get anything done

Their customer service is terrible, I bought a case of breadcrumbs and opened if after their return date and realized they had sent me the wrong productI tried to return it because it was NOT what I had bought, but they kept on saying that they couldn't do anything about it because it was after their return periodTHEY SENT ME THE WRONG AND MISLABELED PRODUCT IN THE FIRST PLACEThis is not a company you can trust and I would never buy anything from them againShady AF

I ordered a product and was sent an email saying order was received and I was given an expected delivery date. Two days later I received a nondescript email stating payment was being refunded. Disappointed with the service.
